He is wearing a light blue button-down shirt and tan pants, resting his left arm on the sofa's cushions. There is a round mirror with a wooden frame on the white wall behind him, reflecting part of the room.

Therapy doesn’t have to be hard work or complicated.

My approach is simple, insight-based, and focused on helping you realize your own potential for well-being.

With over 25 years in the field, I’ve worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges—anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship struggles, to name a few. What I’ve learned along the way is that meaningful change often begins with seeing things differently, rather than working harder to fix them.

I was raised in a small town in North Alabama, where service was more than just a value—it was a way of life. My father, a social worker, and my mother, a teacher, both had a deep heart for helping others. They never pushed this on me, but by living it daily, they fostered the same passion for service in me, which ultimately led me to where I am today: helping others rediscover clarity and peace of mind in their own lives.

In our work together, the aim is to create an environment where you can slow down, see things more clearly, and experience those “aha moments” that can open up new possibilities. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for more clarity, the goal is to help you reconnect with the well-being that’s already within you.
