Helping people navigate difficult experiences with clarity and support
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating difficult seasons, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and grief.
With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people facing a wide range of challenges. I’ve found that each person’s experience is unique, and that meaningful progress begins with understanding what matters most to you.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I value honesty, compassion, and creating a space where you feel comfortable being open about what you’re going through. From there, we can begin to make sense of things together and find a way forward that feels steady and sustainable.
I have a particular passion for working with those experiencing grief and loss, and I aim to support people through those experiences in a way that feels grounding and manageable.
I grew up in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, and originally pursued music before shifting toward a career in mental health. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UAB and my master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Alabama. My path into this work was shaped by personal experiences and a desire to support others through difficult times.
I believe that people are not meant to go through life’s challenges alone. Whether through therapy, relationships, or community, having support can make a meaningful difference. My goal is to walk alongside you as you work through what’s in front of you and reconnect with a sense of strength and direction.
