Empowering Change Through Compassion and Practical Solutions

With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I have spent much of my career working with individuals who face some of the most severe and complex mental health challenges. My background includes managing a mental health division within the probate court system, where I worked closely with those experiencing severe mental illness. This unique experience has deepened my understanding of mental health and the systems that impact people’s lives, equipping me with invaluable insights into the struggles individuals face.

In my private practice, I apply this wealth of experience to helping people navigate a range of personal challenges, including relationship conflict, betrayal trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My commonsense approach to therapy meets clients where they are, offering a safe, reflective space to explore and resolve their concerns. I draw from systems thinking, solution-focused strategies, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to guide clients toward practical solutions and positive change.
